The steam valve used on Astoria espresso machines have 3 items. the valve body, the valve shaft assembly and the steam tube assembly. The valve body is brass casting where the shaft assembly is screwed into. These valve shaft assemblies are made in various lengths. The 54mm is used on the Astoria Brava, Astoria Calypso, Astoria Divina, Astoria Pratic. The 84mm is used on the Astoria Gloria, Astoria Plus 4 You. The 91mm version is used on the Astoria Argenta, Astoria Denise, Astoria Lisa and the Astoria Pratic.
The steam tubes used on Astoria espresso machines are made from a variety of materials like stainless steel and chrome plated brass. The steam tips do have various sizes and hole diameters.
