There are a variety of options for steam and water valves on the Faema E92 Elite espresso machine. For the A and S version these options are similar.
For the steam valve you have a manual valve, which can be opened by lowering the handle (instead of turning). But you also have a solenoid operated steam valve. This valve is opened with the push of a button.
The water valve on the Faema E92 Elite is a solenoid operated mixing valve. This valve is operated by pushing on a button on the display. Hot water is forced from the boiler to this outlet,
Optionally you also have a Cappuccinatore and a Turbosteam. These are optionally features on various Faema and Cimbali espresso machines.
