The hydraulic components on the La Cimbali M39 espresso machines are quite a broad spectrum of parts. This does depend on if it is a La Cimbali M39 Classic or a Cimbali M39 Dosatron.
On the La Cimbali M39 Dosatron you have hydraulic components like the over pressure valve, flowmeters and the pressure switch. On the La Cimbali M39 Dosatron this is on the earlier models a mechanical single phase switch and on the later models it became a pressure sensor. The Cimbali M39 Dosatron versions can also be fitted with the Cimbali Thermodrive system, this is not standard on every espresso machine.
The La Cimbali M39 Classic espresso machine does have the over pressure valve, but it doesn’t have the flowmeters seen it is not a volumetric espresso machine. It is also not fitted with a digital pressure sensor like the Dosatron, but with a mechanical pressure switch like the Asco P302.
