The La Cimbali M34 espresso machine is one of the more recent La Cimbali espresso machine models. In the boiler configuration of the La Cimbali M34 you will find a lot of similarities with a lot of other models of La Cimbali.
The La Cimbali M34 has been made in 2 versions, a 2 and 3 brewing group model. The 2 group boiler is fitted with a 3750-4500W heating element and the 3 group version with a 5790-7020W heating element. These heating elements are equipped with a heating element safety thermostat, to prevent destroying the heating element.
The boiler itself is covered with a insulation layer, to reduce the energy loss of the boiler. In this insulation layer there are openings for the boiler safety valve, level probe, temperature probe and a variety of other fittings which are installed on the boiler
This type of boiler model is the traditional Cimbali model, with a flange on one side of the boiler. This is the side of the heating element. To seal off this flange there is a gasket which has a outer diameter of 180mm and a inner diameter of 140mm.
