The 3 way solenoid valves are basically used on every brewing group which has been fitted with a solenoid valve, so not the manually operated brewing groups of La Pavoni. This valve opens up once the brewing process starts and closes when the brewing process stops and allows the water to exhaust true the threaded outlet. This type of valve is used on models such as the Pavoni Pub, Pavoni Bar, Pavoni Hotel and the Pavoni Café.
