The Rancilio brand has had a variety of steam and water valves true the time. Seen there have been a variety of espresso machines, commercially and domestically. The Rancilio brand had also steam valves like the C-lever and the I steam.
The steam valves on the Domestic espresso machines, like the Rancilio Silvia, Rancilio Nancy, Rancilio Aundrey and the Rancilio Fantasy. Are slightly smaller and compacter then their commercial counterparts.
The steam and water valves used on the commercial machines where quite standard, they are just turn knob valves. And are used on models such as the Rancilio Epoca, Rancilio Classe 10, Rancilio Classe 6, Rancilio S20 and the Rancilio Z11.
There is also a more modern version of the steam valve, this is their C-lever principle. And that valve has a dosing handle for steam which you can move up or down. That valve can be found on espresso machines such as the Rancilio Classe 10, Rancilio Classe 11 and the Rancilio Epoca.
