Vibiemme - Steam/water valve

The brand Vibiemme also has steam and water valves installed on their commercial and domestic espresso machines. Over the years VBM used a variety of steam and water valves.  In total there are 5 different types of steam and water valves used.

The most well known version is the valve which looks similar to the steam valve used on the Faema E61 espresso machines. You control this valve turning the knob clock or counter clockwise. This valve is a outside valve and has a mirror chrome finish. This model of valve is used on the Vibiemme Replica, Vibiemme Chimaera and the Vibiemme Cubo.

A other type of valve VBM uses is also a type of steam valve Faema used, this is a older model of steam and water valve. This valve is installed inside the espresso machine. You can find this model of steam valve on the Vibiemme Evolution, Vibiemme Kometa, Vibiemme Minimax, Vibiemme Revolution and the Vibiemme Silver.

A other type of steam and water valve is the one used on the early Vibiemme Replica models and the Vibiemme Dosaplus espresso machines.

A other steam and water valve is only used on the Vibiemme Lollo espresso machines. This valve has a swivel handle. So you can open the valve by turning the knob any way.

The last version is only used on domestic VBM espresso machines. In this case the Vibiemme Domobar espresso machine. This valve is partially installed inside the espresso machine.
