Victoria Arduino White Eagle Digit
The White Eagle Digit is available in two configurations: a 2-group version with a 4500W heating element and a 3-group version with a 5000W element. This model uses a single boiler and relies on a heat exchanger (HX) system to deliver water to the brewing groups. The heat exchanger system provides temperature stability and consistent espresso extraction by circulating hot water through a single boiler.
Victoria Arduino White Eagle T3
The White Eagle T3 is the multi-boiler version of the White Eagle, similar to the Victoria Arduino Black Eagle. It is available in 2-group and 3-group versions. The 2-group model has a 7300W heating element, while the 3-group model produces 9100W. The T3 features a multi-boiler system, where each brewing group has its own dedicated boiler, providing enhanced temperature stability for precise espresso brewing. There is also a main boiler for steam and hot water, separating the steam generation from the brewing process.
Victoria Arduino White Eagle Leva
The White Eagle Leva is the most unique version of the VA358 series. Unlike the Digit and T3, which rely on electric pumps, the Leva is a manual espresso machine that generates pressure using a lever-operated spring mechanism. This means the brewing process is entirely manual, with no pump or motor components. The simplicity of the lever system offers a traditional espresso-making experience that appeals to purists.
