La San Marco 95 - Brewing group

The brewing groups used on the La San Marco 95 espresso machines are in essence all the same, but there are minor differences between the various models. All the brewing groups have one thing in common, they are heat exchanger (HX) brewing groups.

These group heads are operated with a 3 way solenoid valve, to get rid of the waste water after the brewing cycle has ended. The portafilter gasket on these group heads have a outer diameter of 64mm and a inner diameter of 52,5mm, in combination with the portafilter gasket you use a shower screen with a diameter of 48mm and a central mounting hole.

For the brewing groups on the San Marco 95 models you can use the standard 3 eared La San Marco portafilter. This portafilter almost suitable for every San Marco brewing group.
