La San Marco 105

The La San Marco 105 espresso machines is one of the latest models of La San Marco. This espresso machine is build in 2 different version types, let’s call it the old and the new model. The differences between these models are quite big.

The old model is a solenoid operated espresso machine, fitted with the classical SM brewing group. This model is made in a 1 group version, the Compact, and 2,3 and 4 group versions. These are all available in a model S and a model E, so a volumetric and a non volumetric.

The new model of the San Marco 105 does resemble a lot of features of the old version. but there are significant differences. To start this model is a multi boiler system, where every group head has a boiler installed on top of it. But also other features like stainless steel boilers.
